Sample Forms
See some examples of what FlexiForms can do for you.

Invoice Request Form
This form exemplifies Dynamic Panels where the user enter multiple invoice items. Just like in Excel, subtotal and totals are calculated and displayed automatically.
The form also provides an example how to perform validations against the data. When the user enters a customer number, Customer select box is updated with the found customer with the specified customer number. If the select box is empty, this means there is no such a customer, and the form cannot be submitted.

Personality Test Form (AI-Reasoned Form)
This form provides examples to a wide range of FlexiForms features and capabilities.
It is password protected
Uses API Data sources
Many different kinds of questions
Its workflow include all kinds of jobs: Email, Import Into Database, Import Into Excel and CSV, Transfer, Modify Data, Auto-PDF Export, etc.
But most importantly it uses AI Inferences (reasoning over the form data). It provides personality and mood analysis based on the given answers. The analysis results are sent to the user email. Automatially generated PDF (without any need for custom layout) is attached to the email.

Student Admission Express of Interest Form
This form exemplifies two important features of FlexiForms:
Rules
Integration with external platforms
When the user submits the form, the student and the school receives notifiication emails. But most importantly, the data, using the Transfer job, is sent to SalesForce, either as a Lead or an Opportunity depending on a Rule that checks whether the student was/is a student of the school.

Draftable Form with Personalized Access Links
This form provides an example to a non-standard form delivery method where a unique form link is given to the users, and the users can save the form as draft. They can continue from the stored draft later on.
Note that FlexiForms supports even more complex form delivery scenarios. For example, the uniqe links can be controlled, meaning they can auto-expire in a certain time and they cannot be used twice.
Lastly, the users fillnig up this form enjoys Bach's beautiful Air in G.

Form Requiring Azure AD / Organisation Email Login
This form allows only the users whose email is registered to an organisation on Azure/Microsoft. This is extremely useful and required if an organisation wants to use a form that can be accessed by only from its employees. On the screenshot, you can see that any other user is rejected. They cannot even see the form. So, when viewed, you will also not be able to login into the form.
